Lee Birk: CDOT Law Enforcement Liaison

Lee Birk is CDOT's law enforcement liaison for its Northeast region (representing 11 counties). He is a retired law enforcement officer, and works with local and state law enforcement in his region to promote and enhance state and national highway safety programs, initiatives and campaigns.

A focus of his role is building partnerships and encouraging multi-agency cooperation and coordination in traffic safety enforcement and education efforts.
