Transportation Safety Institute's LEL Professional Development Course in Orlando, Florida

On July 24-26th, Law Enforcement Liaison Erin Brannan attended the Transportation Safety Institute's LEL Professional Development Course in Orlando, Florida. The course was an interactive classroom experience to interact with LEL peers from other states and share information to expand their professional networks. The course is a foundational training to enhance effectiveness as an LEL in supporting the state's highway safety priorities, developing and maintaining professional partnerships, facilitating promotion of established highway safety programs, and encouraging innovative approaches to influence law enforcement agency participation in traffic law enforcement.
