April Law Enforcement Liaison Corner - Click It or Ticket grant funding

In March, the Law Enforcement Liaison (LEL) team accepted 69 FY23 Click It or Ticket applications from statewide law enforcement agencies across Colorado. The LEL team reviewed each applicant and, once approved, allocated over $472,000 in grant funding to those law enforcement agencies. The 2023 Click It or Ticket enforcement periods will take place April 3-April 19, May 15-June 4, and July 24-Aug. 4. The campaign goals of Click It or Ticket are to increase compliance with Colorado's occupant protection and graduated drivers licensing laws and increase public awareness of the likelihood of receiving a ticket to avoid suffering serious or fatal injuries for failing to buckle up.
