The Law Enforcement Liaisons issued our law enforcement partners across the state their FY23 High Visibility Enforcement (HVE) awards in June. The July 4th Weekend Enforcement kicked off the grant year, which began July 1, 2022 and ends June 30, 2023, consisting of sixteen enforcement periods.
The LELs also attended the CDOT Highway Safety Summit in Loveland, CO, July 18th-20th along with the Highway Safety Office staff. The LEL team presented a session on Law Enforcement Grants 101 and attended various Traffic Safety sessions.
