US 34 & CO 402 Intersection Improvements
About the Project
Work will take place along two intersections: US 34 and North Van Buren Avenue and CO Highway 402 and South Boise Avenue in the city of Loveland. Work will primarily consist of replacing signal poles, mat arms and signal equipment.
Project Benefits
- The project will improve traffic flow for motorists and enhance pedestrian safety at crosswalks
Work Schedule
- Work will last approximately three months
- Working hours are 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday through Friday
Traffic Impacts
Motorists can expect the following impacts during the period of construction:
- Vehicles will be reduced to a single-lane, alternating traffic intermittently in either direction throughout the duration of the project
- Lane closures and traffic stops guided by UTC/Flaggers will have up to 15-minute delays
