US 287 Resurfacing Northwest of Fort Collins
About the Project
A resurfacing treatment project will occur along US Highway 287 in northeast Colorado. Resurfacing work will take place just northwest of Fort Collins on a one-mile stretch of highway from US 287C to Ted’s Place, Mile Points 354.5 to 355.7.
The resurfacing of the roadway will include:
- Milling
- Asphalt overlay
- Striping
- Guardrail
- Signs
- Delineators

Work Schedule

Traffic Impacts
Motorists can expect the following impacts during the period of construction:
- Vehicles will be reduced to a single-lane, alternating traffic intermittently in either direction throughout the duration of the project
- Lane closures may have up to 10-minute delays
- The speed limit will be reduced to 40 MPH through the work zone
