The Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) and the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) are conducting an environmental study to evaluate transportation improvements for the I-270 corridor. Please review the April 2024 meeting materials on the project website for information on design alternatives.
The project would improve traffic flow and safety on I-270; reconfigure interchanges and ramps; enhance bicycle and pedestrian connectivity across I-270; better accommodate transit; and replace aging bridges and other infrastructure in poor condition. The need for improvements has become more urgent as the infrastructure has deteriorated and traffic volumes have increased. Input from residents and businesses in the area, highway and transit users, and other interested groups on how to improve the
corridor is needed.
Please use this form to feedback, voice concerns, or offer support for specific project alternatives or design elements.
Thank you!
