Get Involved
CDOT highly values public and stakeholder participation, and it is an essential component of the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) process. We need to hear from I-70 users and stakeholders in the project area to help inform decision-making. Please get involved in one of the following ways to help shape the future of West Vail Pass.

Virtual Public Engagement
Sept. 22 - Oct. 21, 2020
Due to limitations on public events during COVID-19, CDOT provided a virtual opportunity for public engagement. A video summarizing the study, findings and next steps is available here and the Environmental Assessment document is available here. Community members were invited to view materials and submit comments during the 30-day public review period (Sept. 22 – Oct. 21).
Public comments and questions are welcomed at any time through the email address above, or through the Submit a Comment page of this project site.
