Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI)

This Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI) completes the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) process for the I-70 Floyd Hill Project. It conveys the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) and Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) decision to implement the Construction Manager/General Contractor (CMGC) Refined Preferred Alternative for the Project, provides updates to the Project since the release of the Environmental Assessment (EA), and describes and evaluates the innovations (design modifications and refinements) included in the Project after the EA was published. For access to any of the documents listed on this page, please email the project team at [email protected].
