CSS Process
All I-70 Mountain Corridor projects follow a distinct Context Sensitive Solutions (CSS) process. As part of the CSS process, various groups are formed to work closely with the project team and assist with project decision-making. These groups review and evaluate alternatives, review environmental impacts, and discuss mitigation.
The groups are made up of a Project Leadership Team (PLT), a Technical Team (TT), and Issue Task Forces (ITFs) for issue-specific topics.
