Central 70 Procurement Information
CDOT Central 70 has selected Kiewit Meridiam Partners (KMP) as the preferred proposer to design, build, finance, operate and maintain the Central 70 Project. KMP was chosen from four teams of finalists who submitted proposals for the project in early June. CDOT reached commercial close with KMP on November 21, 2017 and financial close on December 21, 2017. CDOT and KMP will now work together to complete design and prepare for construction to start in the summer of 2018.
