• CDOT will close the eastbound CO 58 ramp to eastbound I-70 and a single right lane on eastbound I-70 during overnight hours on Monday, Oct. 14, with detours posted
• The ramp and single lane closures will be taken from midnight on Monday, Oct. 14 to 6 a.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 15
• The recommended detour route is: head westbound on I-70 and take Exit 264 (Clear Creek Drive/W. 32nd Ave/Youngfield) to enter eastbound I-70 via Youngfield St.
• Other local detour routes do exist
• The closures are necessary while crews pave the new eastbound I-70 bridge and approaches
• Variable message boards, signs and construction devices will be present to alert motorists to the closures and detour routes
• Motorists can expect delays and alternate routes are advised
• The detour will add approx. 2 miles and 5 minutes to travel times
• Construction schedules are weather dependent and subject to change
