I-25 Trinidad Resurfacing
About the Project
The Colorado Department of Transportation in partnership with United Companies will begin construction on the I-25 resurfacing project north of Trinidad in April 2025. This project is located in Las Animas County, with the work zone stretching from Trinidad northward for one mile (Mile Points 13.3 to 14.3).
Work consists of:
- Surface treatment
- Two-and-a-half-inch hot mix asphalt mill and overlay
- Pavement markings and delineation
The project is expected to complete in Fall 2025.
