CO 52 Prospect Valley Resurfacing

Project Complete!

Colorado Highway 52 near Prospect Valley was resurfaced starting in July 2021. Over ten miles of CO 52 between Weld County Road 73 and WCR 95 (Mile Points 44 - 54.5) received a new asphalt surface. In most areas, the roadway was rebuilt from the ground up using a method called full-depth reclamation. This project will also repaired two bridges, upgraded guardrail, replaced mailbox posts and installed new roadside delineators. Martin Marietta performed the work.
