Project Overview
As part of CDOT’s Whole System Whole Safety initiative, the intersection improvement project will include removing the existing pedestrian curb ramps and replacing them with American’s with Disabilities Act (ADA) ramps providing functional accessibility to all travelers.
Crews will replace the full signal and electronic equipment as well as replace and update all existing accessibility features and pedestrian curb ramps to bring them into compliance with the Public Right of Way (PROWAG) requirements. Improvements will also be made to curbs, gutters and islands.
Work Schedule
- Motorists can expect a shoulder closure from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. with a
single lane closure from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 pm.

- Motorists can expect single lane and shoulder closures throughout the
project limits.
