About the Project

Starting in early May, the Colorado Department of Transportation and Contractor partner, APC Construction, began resurfacing Interstate 70 from Georgetown to Empire. Work on this project mproved driving conditions and safety along this three-mile stretch of I-70. Work included asphalt removal, asphalt paving, cleaning inlets, culverts, adjusting or replacing guardrail, roadway signing and re- striping.

Work took place on I-70 eastbound and westbound from Georgetown to Empire.
