I-70 Resurfacing & Guardrail Replacement from Officers Gulch to Frisco
Project completed
About the Project
Since June 24, 2019 crews will be resurfacing and replacing guardrail on I-70 from Officers Gulch to Frisco in Summit County.
Travelers will need to prepare for shoulder closures and narrow lanes with a lane shift at the west Frisco bridges. As as the project progresses, motorists in both directions of I-70 should be prepared for traffic impacts that include:
- flaggers on-site
- lane closures
- reduced speed limits
- restrictions on oversized vehicles
- temporary delays and slowdowns during paving operations to allow for trucks to move in and out of the work zone
