Project Overview

Crews on this project replaced electronic messaging and lane-usage signs with new, more energy-efficient LED signs on I-70 near the Hanging Lake Tunnel in Garfield County. Work started in June 2017 and was completed in spring 2019.

Work started at mile point 124.8 and continued to MP 125.9.
