I-70 Wildlife Fence in Eagle County

Crews installed more than 40 miles of new wildlife fencing on I-70, from just west of Dotsero and east of Eagle-Vail. The new fencing enhances the safety of this mountain corridor by reducing vehicle collisions with wildlife.

All work was completed ahead of schedule in spring 2018.
