I-25 Median Barrier Installation Between Pueblo & Colorado Springs

For this safety project, crews installed high-tension cable barrier on an approximate-four-mile stretch of southbound I-25, between Pueblo and Colorado Springs, to prevent vehicles from crossing medians.

Other work included:

• earthwork to flatten slopes for traversing to reinforce the cable barrier;
• installing weed barrier; and
• updating median crossovers within the project limits.
