About the Project
Starting June 14, the Colorado Department of Transportation and Contractor KSK, LLC will begin construction to improve safety and accessibility in Jefferson, Denverand Arapahoe counties. Construction begins along 10 locations on West Sixth Avenue in Jefferson County. Work includes replacing the sidewalk curb ramps with ramps that are ADA compliant. Other work includes new gutters and landscaping, pedestrian push buttons at signals and new striping at crosswalks and signals.
Work to occur at the following locations along South Kipling Street:
- West Mississippi Avenue
- East Alameda Avenue
