CO 133 Paonia Slope Stabilization
Project Complete!
The project consists of slope stabilization on CO Highway 133. There will be soil nail wall construction at multiple sites. This project will improve the integrity of the slope and the function of the roadway.

Work Schedule:
- The project started on July 10 and is expected to be complete in the fall of 2023.
- Working hours are 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Traffic Impacts:
Motorists can expect the following impacts during the period of construction:
- The highway will continue to be open when work is underway
- Within the work zone there will be short delays with alternating single lane traffic as well as shoulder closures
- Speeds reduced to 40 M.P.H.
