CO 66 Flood Repair
Project Facts

- Location: CO 66 between mile points 46 and 47 in Platteville
Crews completed flood repair construction on Colorado Highway 66 from Monday, Oct. 3, 2016 to spring 2017.
Work included:
- asphalt paving;
- embankment repair;
- ditch clean-out;
- culvert replacements;
- river bank stabilization; and
- wetland restoration.
This work was performed due to the historic flooding in 2013, which caused damage to the roadway, and affected roadway embankment and shoulder areas.
