About the Project

In August 2019, crews on this project replaced traffic signal equipment and upgrade pedestrian curb ramps at three locations in Mesa County:

  1. I-70 and Old 32 Road;
  2. Colorado Highway 141 and D ½ Road; and
  3. CO 141 and D Road

Specific improvements include:

  • replacing traffic signal poles, mast arms, traffic signal heads and detection equipment;
  • replacing traffic signal controllers and cabinets;
  • installing conduit and signs; and
  • replacing pedestrian curb ramps.
