Closure Information

The following closures are in effect:

• The Knox Court bridge over I-25 will close and remain closed for about 3 months so crews can rebuild the bridge. During this closure motorists should use Perry Street to cross from one side of 6^th Avenue to the other. Click here for a fact sheet on the closure.

• The Lowell Boulevard on-ramp to eastbound US 6 will close and remain closed for about 3 months to facilitate reconstruction of the Knox Court bridge. There will also be periodic closures of the westbound US 6 off-ramp to Lowell/Perry while this bridge is rebuilt.

• The Bryant Street on and off-ramps will be closed for about one year for construction of the collector-distributor roads on both sides of US 6.

• The northbound I‐25 off‐ramp to eastbound US 6 will close for about six months for reconstruction of the ramp and bridge over the BNSF Railroad tracks. The Osage off‐ramp from eastbound US 6 will remain open. Detour: Northbound I‐25 motorists should continue to 8th Avenue and go east on 8th Avenue to Kalamath Street and south on Kalamath Street to US 6.
