I-25 Over 48th Avenue Bridge Joint Repair

Project Overview
The Colorado Department of Transportation has completed a bridge joint replacement project on Interstate 25 (I-25) over 48th Avenue. ABCO Contracting, Inc. began work in the southbound I-25 general travel lanes first. Joint repairs occurred within the I-25 HOV/Toll Express Lanes and northbound I-25 general travel lanes.
This approximately $1 million project also included similar bridge repairs on I-25 over the Interstate 70 (I-70) collector-distributor ramps. The project completed in June of 2015.

Construction Update: May 5, 2015
- Work on southbound I-25 in now complete
- Crews are currently working on northbound I-25 over the I-70 ramps

- Northbound I-25 work will commence when southbound I-25 work is complete
