Transit Local Agency Manual
Overview
The Transit Local Agency Manual (TLAM) is a resource to support rural transit agencies applying for, awarded, and using Federal Transit Administration (FTA) funds for transit capital projects that are distributed and applied for through Colorado Department Of Transportation's Division of Transit & Rail (DTR).
Three resources are included to help local agencies learn how to navigate the capital facility project process:
- Quick Reference Guide: Provides an overview of the TLAM, stages of the transit capital facility lifecycle, contact information, and key resources for local agencies
- Executive Summary Description: Provides key points for each chapter of the TLAM including flowcharts and section summaries
- Full Length Manual: Provides detailed information on each stage of the transit capital facility lifecycle
TLAM Contents
