2040 MPO Plans

Metropolitan Planning Organizations (MPOs):

MPOs are made up of the local governments that combine to form metropolitan areas of at least 200,000. Colorado has five. These MPOs write their own transportation plans that contribute to Colorado's Statewide Transportation Plan and list of priority projects. The 2040 plans are listed below.
