- The Statewide Transportation Improvement Program (STIP) is a federally required, four-year program of planned transportation projects. The STIP is developed in coordination with planning partners throughout the state through the Project Priority Programming Process (4P). The STIP incorporates the Transportation Improvement Programs (TIPs) from each MPO.

- Project Locator (ProLo) is a geographic web-based application that contains detailed information about Statewide Transportation Plan corridors and Statewide Transportation Improvement Program (STIP) projects. - National Highway Freight Program (NHFP)
- The NHFP is a formula-based funding program that supports investments in the NHFN. Through 2020, Colorado will receive $83 million in Federal funding for freight specific investment needs. The FIP is updated as new projects are selected and approved.
