Corridor Basics

The I-25 Central Express Lanes are two reversible lanes between US 36 and 20th Street in downtown Denver. To accommodate traffic volumes to and from downtown, the lanes are open in the southbound direction from 5 a.m. until 11 a.m. and northbound direction from noon until 3 a.m.

Travelers are never forced to pay a toll and can always choose to travel in the adjacent, free general-purpose lanes. The I-25 Central Express Lanes connect to the North I-25 Express Lanes (from US 36 to 120th Avenue) and US 36 Express Lanes (from Federal Boulevard to Table Mesa Drive in Boulder).
