CDOT Guidance for Post Construction Establishment Phase Contracting

CDOT has added a new phase in the overall project delivery process for projects with a major landscape component called the Post Construction Establishment Phase. PCEP should be used for the period between the prime contractor's final acceptance and closing the environmental permits. PCEP provides funding and a contractor to continue the monitoring and maintenance activities for the landscape improvement commitments.
