Environmental Programs Branch (EPB)

CDOT's environmental functions at headquarters are integrated within the Environmental Programs Branch (EPB) that is part of the Division of Transportation Development (DTD). EPB manages the following to inform the planning and project development process:

  • Programmatic agreements
