Interstate 70 West - Request for Indications of Interest - Direct Loan/Line-of-Credit Provider

HPTE requested proposals form qualified financial institutions to finance a portion of the construction costs associated with the I-70 Peak Period Shoulder Lane Project (I-70 PPSL) being undertaken by the Colorado Department of Transportation. A selection will be made in October 2014.
