News Release

July 19, 2024 - Denver Metro/Central Colorado - Open house to be held on July 24

Adams County — The stretch of Interstate 25 between the US 36/I-270 interchange and 104th Avenue has seen a steady increase in crashes since 2012, and the Colorado Department of Transportation is engaging the public in finding potential solutions.

A public open house will be held Wednesday, July 24, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at the Northglenn Recreation Center, 1 East Memorial Parkway.

The open house will have display boards in both English and Spanish with ideas for ways to improve safety, relieve congestion and enhance transit operations, and project team members will be on-hand to answer questions and gather feedback.

Community members are welcome to come and go at their convenience any time during the two-hour open house. A light meal will be served. Children's activities will be available. Spanish and American Sign Language interpretation services will be provided.
