News Release
Colorado Springs —The community is invited to participate in a public information virtual open house located on the project website: codot.gov/projects/i25fillmoregog. Spanish translation materials are also available on the website.
This public information virtual open house is the public’s opportunity to learn about the improvements, benefits, and schedule. Comments and questions may be submitted by completing and submitting a comment form by April 30, also available on the project website.
Increased traffic from community growth and business development has created the need for the Colorado Department of Transportation to initiate design and development of I-25 auxiliary/continuous merge lanes and other operational improvements between the Fillmore Street and Garden of the Gods Road exits in Colorado Springs. Construction anticipated to start as early as this fall.
