Motorists can expect lengthy traffic delays in east Alamosa
News Release
ALAMOSA ― An unlocated gas line was hit during construction activity for the US 160 and CO 17 intersection improvement project on the east side of Alamosa. Motorists are urged to be prepared for full traffic stops and lengthy delays through the night and possibly tomorrow. Travelers are also advised to follow traffic flow guidance and/or directions for possible detours from flagging personnel at the work zone.
Gas utility workers are enroute to the project work site to repair the broken gas line.
