All Lanes Open on I-70 East of Tunnel

CDOT has opened the second lane of eastbound Interstate 70 near Herman Gulch, about three miles east of the Eisenhower/Johnson Memorial Tunnels. Both lanes of eastbound and westbound I-70 are now open.

Cones are temporarily in place where the cable rail was damaged during this morning's mitigation operations. Drivers are encouraged to use extra caution through this area. The cable rail will be repaired in the near future.
