Traffic Advisory: CO 119 west of Boulder ―
BOULDER COUNTY ― Colorado Highway 119 will be closed near the mouth of Boulder canyon two times a day from Wednesday through Friday of this week.
For this week, closures will be:

9-11 a.m. and 1-3 p.m. Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
On days when the crews are clearing or blasting rock, the following closures are planned to keep drivers, hikers and others safe:

CO 119 from Mile Point 39 to 41

The Boulder Canyon Trail will be closed from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Boulder Creek will be closed from Fourmile Canyon Road to the mouth of the canyon from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Blasting of rock will continue through late summer. Currently, the construction team is planning to do blasting only on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9-11 a.m. and/or 1-3 p.m., but that could change through the summer.
