Southbound I-25 Off-Ramps to E-470 & C-470 Closed Overnight Sept. 20

ARAPAHOE COUNTY—From 10 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 20 through 5:30 a.m. Friday, Sept. 21, crews will close the southbound I-25 off-ramps to E-470 and C-470 as they mill the road as part of a project on I-25 from C-470 to Belleview Avenue.

Detour

1. Exit I-25 southbound at Lincoln Street.
2. Re-enter I-25 northbound at Lincoln Street.
3. Access C-470 or E-470 from northbound I-25.

Other Travel Impacts

• Typical work hours: 8 p.m. to 5:30 a.m., Sundays through Thursdays, with weekend work as needed
• Expect a speed-limit reduction of 55 mph during work hours.
• Travelers can also expect work in the area from 9 p.m. Friday, Sept. 21 to 9 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 22, though no ramp closures are expected.
• Expect various lane closures Thursday and Friday nights in both directions of I-25 between Dry Creek Road and C-470 for bridge deck repairs on the County Line Bridge.
• Also on these nights, travelers can expect double-lane closures in both directions of County Line Road beneath the bridge, between Inverness Drive and Park Meadows Center Drive.

Project Info

Since April, crews have been repairing bridge decks and median barriers, and milling and paving I-25 between C-470 and Belleview Avenue. Work is expected to last through winter 2018.
