Crews Working at CO 141 North of Dove Creek & CO 151 East of Ignacio

Sept. 9, 2018 - Motorists urged to Slow Down and Move Over


CDOT maintenance crews will be working at two separate locations in Southwest Colorado Tuesday, Sept. 11 through Friday, Sept. 14.

  • Tuesday, Sept. 11 ― CO Highway 151, mile points (MP) 15-16

    • A crew will be paving on CO 151 about 15 east of Ignacio, near Arboles.

  • Tuesday, Sept. 11 - Friday, Sept. 14 ― CO Highway 141, MP 21.4 – 25.5

    • A crew will be chip sealing the roadway, north of Dove Creek and near Slick Rock.

Travel Impacts

  • Crews will be working from 7 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
  • Motorists will encounter brief delays, and should expect stops and one-lane alternating traffic guided by flaggers and a pilot vehicle.
  • The speed limit will be reduced to 40 mph in the work zone. CDOT urges the traveling public to slow down and be aware of workers and equipment on the roadway.
