CDOT Hosting Two Denver Metro Area-Focused Telephone Town Halls July 30
DENVER—Starting at 5:30 p.m. Monday, July 30, CDOT will host two telephone town hall sessions to discuss transportation matters affecting residents of the Denver Metro area, and to provide a forum for people to ask questions.
The two telephone town halls are as follows:

5:30-6:30 p.m. p.m.: Residents of Broomfield, Clear Creek, Gilpin and Jefferson counties
- 7-8 p.m.: Residents of Adams, Arapahoe, Denver and Douglas counties
How the Town Halls Work
CDOT will call residents at random through an automated system to invite them to particiapte in each town hall. After answering the phone, residents will be automatically connected to the meeting. Anyone who does not receive a call but still wants to participate can call toll-free, 1-877-229-8493, PIN 112034.
CDOT also is implementing a text-to-register feature for anyone wanting to join the call from a mobile phone.
To receive a call on your mobile device to join the calls:
- Text CDOTMETRO2 to 828282 to register for the 5:30 p.m. town hall.
- Text CDOTMETRO to 828282 to register for the 7 p.m. town hall.
People who choose to join the conversation can listen in and also express their thoughts to their transportation commissioner and key CDOT personnel on how the Department is addressing transportation needs, important projects, various initiatives and funding in the Denver metro area.
