Lane Restrictions set for Overnight Aug. 1-2 on US 50 and Pueblo Boulevard

PUEBLO—From 9 p.m. to 6 a.m. overnight Wednesday, Aug. 1, and Thursday, Aug. 2, US Highway 50 will be reduced to one lane in each direction at Pueblo Boulevard (CO Highway 45). Drivers should expect a reduced speed limit and lane shift as they travel through the intersection.

"Working during overnight hours helps minimize impact to commuters," said Dan Dahlke, CDOT resident engineer. "We understand additional delays in heavily traveled areas can be reduced by working during overnight hours."

This work, which includes include removing asphalt and paving, is part of the US 50 Realignment and Improvement Project.

Please plan for additional travel time during working hours. Work schedules are weather dependent and subject to change.
