CDOT's to Host Day at the DOT Supplier Open House Aug. 14 in Pueblo

SOUTHEAST COLORADO—Interested in learning about doing business with CDOT? Want to know what types of products and services CDOT buys, or from whom it buys them? Find out by joining CDOT for Day at the DOT—its annual supplier open house—8:30 a.m. to noon on Tuesday, Aug. 14 at Pueblo Community College, Fortino Ballroom 900 W. Orman Ave., Pueblo 81004.

CDOT staff will be available to help suppliers register on the CDOT bid portal for goods and services, and teach them how to navigate the system. Suppliers can meet on-site with CDOT program managers and buyers.

Day at the DOT will be hosted by CDOT's Minority Business Office, Connect2DOT, and the Colorado Small Business Development Center.

8:30-8:45 a.m. Welcome and Opening Remarks
Southeast Colorado-based CDOT tepresentatives will discuss purchases within their region.

8:45-9:45 a.m. READY! "How CDOT Buys Goods and Services"
Learn about cooperative agreements, small-dollar purchases and competitive bidding opportunities.

10-10:45 a.m. SET! "What CDOT Buys"
Representatives from CDOT's Southeast Colorado office will discuss purchases within their region.

10:45-11:45 a.m. GO! "Register to Bid with CDOT"
Register on CDOT's Supplier Self Service (SuSS) Portal, and learn how to navigate the portal.
