Overnight work on CO Highway 95 (Sheridan Boulevard) between 41st and 25th Avenues Tonight
Two lanes will be closed southbound on CO 95 between 41st Avenue to 25th Avenue for milling and paving during work hours. This work is a part of the Sheridan Boulevard Resurfacing: 25th to 52nd Avenue project.
Closures will affect left turns heading northbound on CO 95 to side streets in the work zone. Work will begin at 41st Avenue and continue southbound to 25th Avenue. Two lanes, one northbound and one southbound on CO 95, will be open to traffic during closures. Closures will be lifted after work is complete at 12 p.m. on October 14.
Since July, crews have been making upgrades to curbs, gutters and curb ramps along CO 95, as well as paving operations along the roadway. Work is anticipated to end in winter 2017 on this project.
TRAVEL IMPACTS
Motorists should expect double lane closures during work hours. One lane northbound and southbound will be open at all times on CO 95. Work hours on October 13 will last between 6 p.m. and 12 p.m on October 14. Property owners who live on the southbound side of CO 95 in the work zone are encouraged to park elsewhere if they will need their vehicle while their driveway is impacted. There will be a maximum vehicle width restriction of 12 feet through the project zone.
