PUEBLO—
Road construction will require the closure of the ramps at the CO 96 (East 4th Street)/Highway 50/CO 47 interchange. The closures will be in place during the day beginning at 7 a.m. and reopening at 7 p.m. each night, starting Wednesday, Oct. 18 and continuing each day through Wednesday, Oct. 25.

The ramps will be open every night as well as over the weekend of Oct. 21st and 22nd. Motorists be directed to use Troy Avenue and Pete Jimenez Road as a detour. The closures are necessary for crews to do roadway resurfacing.

This work is part of the $10 million, CO 96 (4th Street) improvement project, which includes, intersection renovation, signal replacement, resurfacing, and bridge rehabilitation. Work began in July and will improve surface quality, enhance safety and provide improved pedestrian crossings, including upgrading ADA ramps to current standards.
