TRAFFIC ADVISORY Lane Closures in Lucerne next week

LUCERNE, CO. – On Monday, May 22, Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) will close CO 392 at Highway 85 from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. to conduct work on the railroad crossing.

In addition, beginning on Wednesday, May 24, the southbound lanes of Highway 85 will be closed from Eaton to O Street on Highway 85 until further notice. The northbound lanes will be used as a two-lane highway through the construction zone.

This closure is necessary to complete resurfacing of the southbound lanes. This work is part of US 85 and CO 392 Lucerne project which includes bridge construction and bridge deck repairs, and culvert cleaning.
SEMA Construction is the prime contractor for the $14.8 million.

TRAFFIC IMPACTS

Detours will be established to direct traffic to County Road 74 in Eaton to avoid the closure.
