Four- to Six-Week Traffic Shift on Northern Avenue Bridge Over I-25 Begins Thursday, April 14
PUEBLO—Starting at 6 a.m. Friday, April 14, and continuing for four to six weeks, crews will shift traffic onto the north side of the Northern Avenue bridge over I-25. Traffic will be reduced to a single lane in both directions, and speeds reduced to 25 mph.
This shift is required for demolition work on the south side of the bridge.
Traffic Impacts
The new traffic configuration will be in place 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Normal working hours will be 7 a.m. to 9 p.m., Monday through Friday. Slight traffic delays are expected, and motorists are urged to use extra caution while traveling in the new traffic pattern.
