Two-Night Closure of I-25 Northbound Off-Ramp at City Center Drive/Exit 98B

PUEBLO—Crews will close the northbound I-25 off-ramp at City Center Drive/Exit 98B from 7 p.m. Wednesday, April 12 to 7 a.m. Thursday, April 13, and from 7 p.m. Thursday, April 13 to 7 a.m. Friday, April 14. These closures allow crews to complete storm drain work and asphalt patching.

Detours

• Drivers wishing to exit northbound I-25 at City Center Drive/Exit 98B:
  Exit at Ilex Street/Exit 98A.
• Drivers wishing to access City Center Drive from Ilex Street:
  Turn right from Ilex Street onto Santa Fe Avenue, and travel 0.65 miles north to City Center Drive.

Project Information

The I-25 Ilex Street to City Center Drive project is the first project of the New Pueblo Freeway—the reconstruction of I-25 between City Center Drive (1st Street) and Ilex Street through downtown Pueblo. Construction includes upgrading a number of bridges south of downtown.

The project began in July 2015, and is expected to be completed in 2018.
