August 5, 2016 - Southwestern Colorado/CDOT Region 5 - CHAFFEE COUNTY, CO – The Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) and the Town of Buena Vista advises the public that the anticipated start of the US 24 Enhancement Project has been postponed to Monday, August 22, 2016.

August 5, 2016 - Southwestern Colorado/CDOT Region 5 - CHAFFEE COUNTY, CO – The Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) and the Town of Buena Vista advises the public that the anticipated start of the US 24 Enhancement Project has been postponed to Monday, August 22, 2016.
According to CDOT Resident Engineer Arthur Miller, “The project team made the decision to minimize disruption to the community’s upcoming special events such as the Vertex music festival and Gold Rush Days. No lanes along US 24 will be closed until then.”
