Correction: Expect delays at the intersection of US 287 and SH 1 (Terry Lake Road) on March 7-11

March 4, 2016 - Northeastern Colorado/CDOT Region 4 - Colorado Department of Transportation work will have moderate traffic impacts.

Larimer County – Pavement work at the intersection of US 287 and SH 1 will cause intermittent lane closures in the area next week.

CDOT will begin pavement-sawing operations on March 7 and continue on March 8. This work will accommodate pipe installation and relocation of utilities. Pipe installation is scheduled to begin March 9 and be completed by March 11.

Travelers can expect moderate impact to traffic flow as lanes will be closed intermittently. The pavement sawing will take place both on US 287 as well as SH 1. Crews will be working in close proximity to traffic flow. Please keep their safety, as well as you own, in mind when traveling through the construction zone.

This is a Responsible Acceleration of Maintenance and Partnerships (RAMP)-funded project that allows CDOT to fund multi-year projects based on year of expenditure, rather than saving for the full amount of a project before construction begins.

Information regarding the project will be distributed throughout the project.
